AirPower Terms of Service Echomail AirPower BBS participates in many BBS networks, and in doing so agrees to abide by the rules and policies of each network. It is the responsibility of every AirPower subscriber to do the same. Most often, this will concern the types of messages one may and may not post to these networks. Generally, every single message echo, or discussion group, will have its own moderator, and its own rules. These rules are usually posted in each echo on a regular basis. Failure to abide by the rules will usually result in a warning for the first offense, and then possibly expulsion from that particular echo if the offenses continue. If AirPower did not enforce these rules, access to the echo could be denied to ALL of AirPower's users. AirPower reserves the right to terminate a user's subscription for repeatedly violating echo rules. Refunds will not be granted in such cases. Software Distribution of proprietary, commercial, or copyrighted software by AirPower users will result in termination of a user's subscription. AirPower supports the shareware concept. Refunds will not be granted in such cases. Republishing Rights AirPower reserves all rights to all material published on AirPower BBS. Nothing may be reproduced without express written permission, and full credit given to AirPOwer Information Services in any reproduced material.
